Been a long time gone
Weekend in Durham, five year college reunion. A half dozen people crashing at Scotty's, a barbecue, a Cameron shindig, a hello to Bassett's Rick and Dalene, Southpoint stop-in, big tent gala, frat party (?!), gardens wander. Food at Elmo's, 4 am Cosmic, Bullock's, Alpine.

Pictures below; I managed to not get many pictures of anyone other than, uh, Cossar, Ali and Scotty, but I saw a hell of a lot more people than that. Anywho:

Cossar and me, with nametags to remember who the hell we are.

Smacking the floor in Cameron like a good little Crazie. The next night, he considered telling Wojo that he'd done this.

That guy in the middle — was he in our class? I don't think I remember him being in our class. Wait a minute!

Allison, Krista, Annie, Tom. 2003 was a good vintage.

Ali on Ali, version one thousand.

Haddock and Cossar, so excited, and they just can't hide it.

Scotty and Annie, chilling at Scotty's manse.

Reimer and Haddock, getting ready to face all those people they used to know.

The very cute Atwoods.

Way pumped about the confetti sticks, Haddock is.

Both these shirts? Bought this day in the great town of Durham. Good purchases, both, Craig and Cos.

Someone forgot her Duke t-shirt. But she has her freshman dorm behind her.

The Bassett bench has a baby dwarf bench. Weird.

5 people, unlimited hush puppies — and we we go through about a dozen butter packages in mere minutes. Love the South.

Rebecca dances like she just don't care.

The weathervane atop the new library.

Who's got a plane ticket to visit NYC? This guy!

The place from whence we came. Oh, and the Chronicle offices are there on the 3rd floor. How come they have better chairs and computers there than I have at my office? Sad.

What a whirlwind weekend. I especially love the candids of me "dancing" that are popping up on Facebook. The face, it is more animated than the body! Oh, and in your last pic, the blinds in the leftmost window (right in the corner) on the second floor are down, which means I was probably using the restroom in the Chronicle offices at that time; you get a beautiful view of the BC Walkway Plaza from there (and no one but me ever drew the blinds when using the facilities).
